Purpose of Plan

“The Historical Centre of the City of Antakya” is the most affected city centre because of the 6th February 2023 earthquake.

OUR PURPOSE is;

Revivifying this heritage being in danger appropriately in line to its original situation,

Ameliorating its cultural heritage,

Preserving its urban identity, and transmitting this heritage being in danger to the future generation.

Rebuilding the vitality of the cultural heritage of “The Historical Centre of the City of Antakya” would be meticulously done with the collaboration with other different stakeholders. Not only its cultural assets, but also the economy and tourism of the city would be revivified.

This would be the REbirth of “Hatay”.
